Belarus takes part in the 15th Musica Mundi Festival

On 15 April a festive concert dedicated to the 15th anniversary of the annual International Chamber Music Festival Musica Mundi took place at Château du Lac near Brussels. The main purpose of the Festival is to help young performers who have chosen music as their main profession to discover their talents, to gain confidence in their abilities and to find their way in the music world. From the time of its creation the Festival was attended by more than 750 artists from the whole world.
At the gala concert Belarus was represented by Stanislav Anischenko (double bass), Alexey Kiselev (cello), Ekaterina Petrova (violin) and the winner of the Queen Elisabeth Competition Artem Shishkov (violin). All musicians are former students of cellist Vladimir Perlin, Honored Artist of Belarus.
