Ambassador of Belarus to Belgium A.Mikhnevich meets the Belgian Foreign Ministry's Director for Eastern Europe and Central Asia

On November 9, 2020 the Ambassador of the Republic of Belarus to the Kingdom of Belgium Alexander Mikhnevich met with the Director of the Department of Eastern Europe and Central Asia of the Federal Public Service Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation of Belgium Luc Liebaut.

The Ambassador provided the information on the situation in Belarus after the presidential elections of August 9, 2020. Prospects of further contacts between the Belarusian mission in Brussels, Belgium’s MFA and the EU institutions were discussed.

The interlocutors also touched upon the approaches to COVID-19 pandemic response in Belarus and Belgium.
