Permanent Mission of Belarus to the EU holds a series of seminars “Export to the EU”

The first seminar of the series “Export to the EU” was held on April 8, 2021 in a video conference format.

The series of events are organized by the Permanent Mission of Belarus to the European Union with the expert support of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Belarus and the Belarusian State Institute for Standardization and Certification as well as the Belarusian diplomatic missions in the EU countries.

The purpose of the seminars is to familiarize the Belarusian enterprises interested in supplying their products to the European Union with the EU market, the principles of activity of the relevant European institutions, as well as to convey information on the current opportunities and restrictions.

During the series of video conferences, the Belarusian missions in the European Union provide information on the algorithms for bringing products to the EU market, the EU standards in force, requirements applied to the commercial offers, and the EU web resources on foreign trade.

Enterprises from Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno and Mogilev regions took part in the first seminar. On April 13 and 15, 2021, similar events will be held for the enterprises of the Brest and Minsk regions, and the city of Minsk.
