Ambassador A.Mikhnevich met with Honorary Consul of Belarus in Gent
31.08.2016On August 30 Ambassador of Belarus to Belgium A.Mikhnevich met in Gent the Honorary Consul of Belarus in Gent, Chairman of Flemish Chamber for Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan, Mr. Karel Van Hoorebeke.
During the meeting the participants have drafted a plan of actions of the Honorary Consul for 2016-2017. A number of joint events are planned in trade, humanitarian, educational, scientific and cultural spheres.
Mr. Freddy Opsomer, director of Belgian company “AOI Logistics” also took part in this meeting. The company is implementing an investment project in the National Airport “Minsk” to create multimodal logistics park. The participants of the meeting reviewed the possibilities to accelerate practical implementation of this project.
