Possibilities of receiving documents by mail
Possibility of sending documents by mail/return is considered by the consular service on an individual basis. Relevant information must be specified in advance by calling the Embassy +32 2 340 02 95. Sending by mail is carried out only in the form of a registered letter or using courier delivery services. For the return sending of documents by the Embassy to your address, an envelope with the return address of the applicant and payment for sending documents is attached (you can get detailed information about this service from the Belgian postal operator BPOST or from specialists of courier delivery services. The Embassy is not responsible for the risks, related to sending documents by mail.
