Belarusian military band participates in music festival in Mons

From 16th to 17thJune, the Military band of the Grodno Regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus together with the Ballet dance group «Belye Rossy» from Grodno participated in the 54th International Festival of Military Music in Mons, Belgium.

The Festival is held annually in the framework of the Mons City Days. It brings together professional military bands from a number of European countries. This year, besides the Belarusian orchestra, representatives of Belgium, Bulgaria, Turkey and France took part in it.

The Belarusian performance was cordially welcomed by the public and appreciated by the Belgian officials. At the end of the concert, the Belgian Prime Minister Elio Di Rupo presented the gratitude to the Grodno Band.
