Consultations between Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Belarus and Belgium on informational issues

On November 21, 2017 Brussels hosted Consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and the Kingdom of Belgium on information issues.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by Head of the Department of Information – Press Secretary of the MFA, Dmitry Mironchik, the Belgian delegation was led by Deputy Head of Press and Communication Department of the Federal Public Service for Foreign Affairs, Elke Van den Bosch.

The sides exchanged experience in information support of foreign policy, discussed issues of organization of press conferences and briefings, moderation of websites, social networking, accreditation of foreign journalists, coordinating of informational work of the missions abroad, the development of contacts with the media, including foreign, as well as information support of significant foreign policy events.
