Ambassador A.Yeudachenka took part in the First Eastern Partnership Ministerial Meeting on Trade

First Eastern Partnership Ministerial meeting on trade took place in Brussels on 7 May 2015. Belarusian delegation led by Ambassador A.Yeudachenka, Head of Mission of Belarus to the EU, participated in this event.

Delegations of EU Member States and EaP partner countries have assessed the current state in trade between the Eastern Partnership countries and the EU, discussed further directions of cooperation in this area. The outcomes of the meeting will contribute to the preparation of the 4th Eastern Partnership Summit and its Riga Declaration.

The head of the Belarusian delegation in his statement outlined the trends of trade and economic relations between Belarus and the EU, Belarus’ vision of further mutual efforts to remove barriers and restrictions to trade in the light of integration processes undergoing in the Eurasian area.
