3rd session of the Trade Dialogue between Belarus and the EU

Brussels hosts the 3rd session of the Trade Dialogue between Belarus and the EU.

The Belarusian delegation was headed by Deputy Head of the Department for Foreign Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus Yuri Gorelik, the EU Delegation — by Head of Unit “Russia, CIS, Ukraine, Western Balkans, EFTA, Turkey and Central Asia” Petros Sourmelis.

During the meeting the parties considered issues of bilateral trade and worked out steps towards further intensification of  economic contacts between Belarus and the European Union. Special attention was paid to the issues of obtaining by Belarus the right to supply meat and poultry products to the European market and the accession of our country to the WTO.
