BATE team took part in U-15 tournament in Belgium

On 19-21 April, the 31st U-15 International Easter Football Tournament took place in the Belgian town of Ostend.

The team of the Belarusian BATE (Borisov) Football Club together with young players from top football clubs of Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands and France compete in Ostend for the second year in a row. The Belarusian “yellow-blues” played in the first round against the English “Tottenham”, the Dutch “Feyenoord” and the Belgian “Lierse”, “Anderlecht” and “Standard”.

Following the talks accompanied by the Embassy of Belarus in Belgium the BATE FC and the organisers of the Belgian tournament agreed tentatively to stage summer and autumn training sessions in the Belgian town of Blankenberge for the Borisov youth club, that would include friendly matches with the host team.
